The terms of delivery are valid from 1.5.2021. We may unilaterally change our terms of delivery from time to time, so please check our terms of delivery each time you order products from our online shop.
Products and product prices
The features and prices of the products in our online shop are shown in the product description for each product. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery charges, so please check the prices in your shopping cart before placing an order. The prices of the products include tax (marginal tax on used products), which will be indicated in the shopping basket and on the order confirmation.
Payment service provider
The payment service is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card bill and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution. In case of complaints, please contact the supplier of the product in the first instance.

The delivery costs charged for an order depend on the product itself (e.g. weight, packaging) and the delivery method chosen. Delivery charges are automatically added to the total amount of the order. You can see the delivery costs charged for your order in your shopping cart before you accept the order.
Ordering and contract
You can order products on our online shop website by adding them to your shopping cart, confirming your order and paying for the contents of your shopping cart in the payment service. When ordering from our online shop, you are required to have read and agreed to our terms and conditions of delivery in force from time to time. You understand that your order, once accepted and confirmed by us, is binding, except to the extent that the right of withdrawal is mentioned below, and creates a contract with these terms of delivery between us.

Order and payment confirmation
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address, so please provide your email address when placing your order. The order confirmation will also confirm the payment method used.
If for some unexpected reason we are unable to confirm your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
We will deliver your order using one of the delivery methods listed on our website, which you choose when placing your order.
Our most common delivery times to the EU are, depending on the order and delivery method 3-5 days. More specific times will be indicated in the product options.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us, so all our products have a 14-day exchange and return policy in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. In the event of a return, you will only pay the costs of the return. The products must be in good condition for dispatch. Checking the shipment, error and problem situations
Please check the delivery as soon as you receive it. If a product is lost or damaged during transit, or otherwise does not match your order or is faulty, please notify our customer service team as soon as possible and within 14 days at the latest, and we will agree how to rectify the fault. In consumer transactions, we comply with the mandatory consumer protection law provisions on liability for defects.

KiekkoKingi Oy shall not be liable for any indirect, direct or other damage related to the order, delivery or product or any of the above, except to the extent that a mandatory provision of the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law has provided otherwise in respect of such damage.
We will endeavour to settle any disputes regarding your order by agreement in the first instance, so please contact our Customer Service Department in the first instance to resolve the matter.
If a dispute over a sales contract cannot be resolved by negotiation between the parties, the consumer can take the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer should contact the Consumer Advisory Service of the Local Register Offices (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
